  • An in-depth health assessment which includes a 3-day food diary as well as medical history, health goals, and symptoms details.
  • A 90 minutes initial face-to-face/zoom consultation to review your current situation, focus on your specific goals and get you started.
  • 6 follow up  30-minute consultations  via zoom to check your progress, provide support as required and tweak your plan to get it just right so you get the results you want.
  • Your Customized nutrition and lifestyle plan which will be sent to you after our first session.
  • Meal plan and recipes as needed.
  • Alongside your follow-up sessions, you’ll have continuous access to me via unlimited email support or messaging for any questions or concerns. I am here with you every step of the way.
  • Personalized recommendations for reading, resources, and tests (if needed).
