My Services

To start with, you can book a 30-minute complementary session over the telephone. This is when you can tell me about your health and any wellbeing goals you might have, and I can explain the way I work. If we find that we are a good fit, we can carry on working together.

Diet Review

This nutrition review is for your if

  • You don’t have any specific health concerns
  • You are interested to know how your diet can impact your health
  • You want simple dietary advice

I will ask you to complete a short health questionnaire- including a food diary- beforehand. During the 45 minutes session, I will review your food diary, any problem areas will be highlighted, and you will receive personal and practical dietary recommendations aimed at making a difference to your health and wellbeing.

When done face to face, this session will also include a full body composition analysis. My professional scale will give you your accurate weight, body fat and water %, your Basal Metabolic rate, your Metabolic rate, your visceral fat rating, your BMI, and your ideal body weight.

4 Weeks Wellness Programme

This programme is for you if you need a ‘kickstart’ to a healthier diet and lifestyle.

Perhaps you have just few pounds to lose, you need to get back on track and/or you are confused about what a ‘healthy’ diet should look like.

What’s included:

  • An in-depth health assessment which includes a 3-day food diary as well as medical history, health goals, and symptoms details.
  • A 90 minutes initial face-to-face/zoom consultation to review your current situation, focus on your specific goals and get you started.
  • 3 follow up weekly 30-minute consultations (phone or zoom) to check your progress, provide support as required and tweak your plan to get it just right so you get the results you want.
  • Your Customized nutrition and lifestyle plan which will be sent to you after our first session.
  • Meal plan and recipes as needed.
  • Unlimited email support in between sessions (I am here with you every step of the way).
  • Personalized recommendations for reading, resources, and tests (if needed).
  • 10% off high quality supplements -if needed- to support your diet.

8 Weeks Wellness Programme

This programme is for you if you need to dig deeper into a health issue, if you are tired of feeling tired all the time and you can’t even remember the last time you felt good and totally energised.

The strength of this program is that we will work together to get to the root cause of your health issues and make realistic shifts to get you where you want to be.

  • 7 follow up weekly 30-minute consultations (phone or zoom) to check your progress, provide support as required and tweak your plan to get it just right so you get the results you want.

  • Unlimited email support in between sessions (I am here with you every step of the way).

12 Weeks Weight Loss Programme

This programme is for you if you have more than a stone to lose, you have been on many diets before and nothing has helped you long term. With this programme you will gain clarity around how to achieve and maintain your ideal weight. Motivational coaching will help you to break unhelpful behaviours, improve your relationship with food and implement sustainable healthy eating habits for good.

Online Group Programs

As well as my individual programs I also offer online group programs starting from £59.00. These are run seasonally, via a private Facebook group with menu plans/recipes/educational videos/Q&A sessions all included. It’s an easy, fun way to kick start a weight loss journey or just to introduce some healthy eating habits.

When you sign up to my monthly Nutrition Bullet, you’ll be notified when the next online group program will start.

Once you reach your health/weight goals, maintenance programs are available.
